On Basic it lives at yourname.taula.ai; on Pro it can run on your own domain, which is billed separately at cost.

Who builds the website, and how long does it take?

We do, within 48 hours of sign-up, from the restaurant’s Google listing, its menu and its photos. The booking button and the QR menu are wired in. The photos must be the restaurant’s own: nothing from Google or the internet goes on it, because that is not ours to publish.

What can I change on the website myself?

From the taula.ai dashboard the restaurant changes, whenever it likes, opening hours and holidays, the phone number, the menu and prices, the photos and a notice (“closed for holidays”), and the site rebuilds itself. What does not change is the design: if one day you want another, it is regenerated at a fixed price or you move to the Custom plan, with a website of your own built by Sanfeliu.

Who owns the website taula.ai builds?

taula.ai does: the website taula.ai builds for a restaurant is a rental. The template, the code, the design, the generated texts and the yourname.taula.ai subdomain belong to taula.ai, and the restaurant holds a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use it for as long as the subscription lasts, for every use and paying nothing for hosting or content changes. The content the restaurant supplies — its own texts, photos, menu and brand — is its own, and so is its domain, if registered in its name.

If I leave, is the website mine?

No. When the subscription ends, taula.ai unpublishes the restaurant’s website and does not transfer it: there is no right to the code, the template, the design, the generated texts or any other material, and no compensation. The restaurant takes what is its own — the texts it supplied, its photos, its menu and its brand — and, if it has a domain registered in its name, the domain too, to point wherever it likes.

Yours. Nothing from Google or the internet: that is not ours to publish. Four photos taken with a phone are enough to start.

You put the booking link and the website link on your Google listing in two minutes, following the guide at docs.taula.ai.

If you leave

The site is unpublished: it is a rental, not a purchase. The template, the code, the design, the generated texts and the subdomain belong to taula.ai and are never transferred; there is no right to the code or to any material. The texts you supplied, your photos, your menu and your brand are yours and go with you; so is a domain in your name.

The Basic limit

Up to 60 online bookings a month. If you take more, you move to Pro the following month and we tell you first. Bookings you add by hand never count. Until the automatic change is running, the limit is not applied: anything over goes in your favour.

You create the account at app.taula.ai: the first month is free and asks for no card. You tell us which is your restaurant on Google and upload the menu and the photos.

We build the site from the listing, the menu and the photos, with the booking button and the QR menu already wired in, and show it to you at yourname.taula.ai.

You review and approve it
You go through texts, photos, hours and prices. If anything is not yours or not accurate, you change it or tell us. Until you give the go-ahead, it is not published.

You put it on Google
You paste the website link and the booking link on your Google listing, following the guide at docs.taula.ai. From then on, whatever you change in the dashboard shows up on the site by itself.

The texts you supply, your photos, your menu and your brand are yours. The design does not change: if one day you want another, it is regenerated at a fixed price or you move to the Custom plan. If you leave, the site is unpublished, with no transfer and no right to the code, the design or any material; a domain registered in your name remains yours.
