What is taula.ai?
- taula.ai is restaurant booking and reservation software for restaurants and bars. A single subscription covers online bookings with a floor plan, a QR menu and the restaurant website, from €9.99 + VAT (€12.09) a month. There is no per-guest commission and no lock-in.
How much does taula.ai booking software cost?
- taula.ai costs from €9.99 + VAT (€12.09) a month on the Basic plan: website, QR menu, full dashboard and up to 60 online bookings a month. The Pro plan is €24.99 + VAT (€30.24) a month, with unlimited bookings and your own domain, and the Custom plan, with a website of your own built by Sanfeliu, starts at €69 + VAT. Paying yearly, Basic is €99 + VAT (€119.79) and Pro is €249 + VAT (€301.29). There is no setup fee, no per-guest commission and no minimum term. The first month is free and no card is needed to start.
How is taula.ai different from TheFork or CoverManager?
- The main difference is how you pay: TheFork charges a commission for every guest who books through its portal, while taula.ai charges a flat fee — from €9.99 + VAT a month — that does not rise with every guest. Bookings also arrive through your own channels — your website, your Google listing and your WhatsApp — so the guest is yours, not the portal’s.
How long does it take to get taula.ai running in a restaurant?
- A restaurant is up and running with taula.ai the day it signs up: the booking page, the dashboard and the QR menu are live immediately. Does it work for bars and cafés, or only restaurants?
- taula.ai is built for restaurants and bars of any size, from a weekday set lunch to an evening à la carte service. Cafés and any venue with a menu use it too, because the QR menu and the bookings work the same for two-seat tables and for function rooms.
Is there anything to install or any hardware to buy?
- Nothing to install. taula.ai runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, with no hardware and no licences. The QR menu only needs the printed code on the table.
