No plan charges per guest: the fee is the fee, and on Pro bookings are unlimited. Platforms that charge per guest charge you more the better you do.

Does taula.ai charge a commission per booking or per guest?
- No. taula.ai charges a flat monthly fee — €9.99 + VAT (€12.09) on the Basic plan, €24.99 + VAT (€30.24) on Pro — and nothing else. That is the main difference with TheFork or CoverManager, which charge per guest: the better you do, the more you pay them.
What happens if I take more than 60 bookings?
- Nothing bad: no booking is ever turned away. The taula.ai Basic plan includes up to 60 online bookings a month; the ones you add by hand in the dashboard never count. If you go over in a month, we tell you and the following month you move to Pro, at €24.99 + VAT (€30.24), with unlimited bookings. Today that switch is not automatic yet: until it is, the excess is in your favour, and we always tell you before changing anything.
Do the prices include VAT?
- No: taula.ai prices are quoted without VAT and 21 % is added. Basic is €9.99 + VAT, that is €12.09 a month in total; Pro is €24.99 + VAT, €30.24 in total. VAT is itemised on the invoice. There is no other cost: no setup fee, no maintenance and nothing based on booking volume.
Can I pay for the whole year?
- Yes. Yearly Basic on taula.ai is €99 + VAT (€119.79) and yearly Pro is €249 + VAT (€301.29): you pay for ten months and get twelve. You choose it when you move to paid, at the end of the free month, by card or bank account.
What happens when the free month ends?
- If a card or bank account has been added, everything carries on with the plan you chose — from €9.99 + VAT (€12.09) a month — with a VAT invoice. If not, the service stops but nothing is lost: bookings, menu and setup stay saved and come back whenever you want them.
Does taula.ai have a minimum term?
- No. The monthly taula.ai subscription can be stopped at any time with no penalty; the yearly one covers twelve months paid in advance. The restaurant’s data — guests, phone numbers and booking history — belongs to the restaurant and goes with it.
Is the website really included in the price?
- Yes, on Basic and Pro. taula.ai builds the restaurant website from the Google listing, the menu and the photos, publishes it at yourname.taula.ai within 48 hours and maintains it, with no hosting bill. On Pro it can run on your own domain, which is billed separately at cost. Changes to hours, phone, menu, photos and notices are yours to make from the dashboard. The site is a rental: the template, code and design belong to taula.ai, it is published for as long as the subscription lasts and is unpublished, not transferred, when it ends; your texts, photos and menu are yours.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
- No. Signing up to taula.ai is free and we build the website at no cost. The fee — from €9.99 + VAT a month — only begins when the free month ends and the restaurant decides to carry on.
