As of 8 October 2026, 10 restaurant booking systems sold in Spain have their price written on their website. This is the table: each one’s cheapest paid plan, the plan from which it says “unlimited bookings”, and what is added in sign-up fees and minimum terms. taula.ai is in it too: from €9.99 + VAT (€12.09) a month.

How to read it
Three things the monthly price does not say
Sign-up fees and minimum terms
DISH and MesaManager charge a one-off €40 fee. resmio requires a 12-month contract on paid plans, and so does Reservér’s yearly plan. On DISH the price drops with a longer term: from €45 to €30 a month.
The cap on the cheapest plan
The cheapest paid plan of resOS includes 350 bookings a month, and Reservér’s, 50 a day. taula.ai Basic includes 60 online bookings a month, not counting the ones the restaurant adds.
The free plans
7 of these systems also have a free plan, capped in bookings or in features. taula.ai does not.
The part that does not favour us
What this table does not compare
- It does not compare features. A higher price often brings things taula.ai does not do: Tableo and resOS take bookings from the Google button, and Mesvolo and Tableo have a waiting list on paid plans. taula.ai has neither.
- There are no portals in it. TheFork brings new diners through its portal; no system in this table does, and neither does taula.ai: bookings come in through the restaurant’s own channels.
- taula.ai has no free plan. 7 systems in this table do, and for a restaurant with few bookings they may be enough.

How much does booking software with unlimited bookings cost?
- Among the systems whose pricing page says “unlimited bookings” (8 October 2026), excluding VAT: SnapTable Starter, €29; Mesvolo Pro, €49; Tableo Organizar, €59; Reservér Plus, €89; resOS Unlimited, €125. On taula.ai, the restaurant booking software, unlimited bookings come with the Pro plan, at €24.99 + VAT (€30.24) a month. resmio says it does not cap online bookings on any plan, including the free one; MesaManager, DISH, Restoo and 10Seat do not say so on their pricing pages.
How much do TheFork Manager and CoverManager cost?
- They do not publish it. Their pricing pages (6 October 2026) show no amounts: TheFork Manager asks to be contacted and CoverManager gives its price after a demo. That is why they are not in taula.ai’s table of booking software prices, which only carries what each vendor has written on its own website.
