The maths
The first year, added up
Twelve months of fees, excluding VAT, at each vendor’s published prices. Restoo’s setup fee (€149) is left out because it says it is free for new customers, and so are its add-ons and SMS. The Restoo plan that includes the floor plan is Pro. And they are not the same feature for feature: see the table above.

The part that does not favour us
When Restoo suits you better than we do
- If you want a waiting list, POS integration or phone support: Restoo has them from Pro upwards (POS through an add-on on Pro). taula.ai has no waiting list and no POS integration, and support is by email.
- If you run several restaurants or want to sell gift cards: Restoo has cross-selling between restaurants, gift cards and an online shop on its higher plans. On taula.ai each restaurant is one account with its own subscription, and there are no gift cards.
- If you want an account manager: Restoo’s Gold plan includes an “Account Manager Personal” and yearly training. On taula.ai, the person who sets it up and answers you is the person who builds the software, but no plan comes with a dedicated manager.

How much does Restoo cost?
- According to its pricing page, Restoo has four plans: Mini €39, Pro €79, Premium €149 and Gold €249 a month, excluding VAT; paying the year in advance, €35, €72, €136 and €228 a month. There is no minimum term and no commission per cover, it says setup (€149) is free for new customers, and the trial lasts 14 days. Source: restoo.me/precios, checked on 14 October 2026.
Does Restoo include a floor plan on the Mini plan?
- No, according to its pricing page: “Adapta tu plano de salón para cada servicio” comes from the Pro plan upwards (€79 a month), like the waiting list, reconfirmation and bookable zones. On taula.ai the floor plan is on every plan, including Basic at €9.99 + VAT (€12.09) a month.
What Restoo alternative is there for a small restaurant?
- One is taula.ai: €9.99 + VAT (€12.09) a month on Basic, with floor plan, restaurant website, QR menu and up to 60 online bookings a month, or €24.99 + VAT (€30.24) on Pro, with unlimited bookings. No setup fee, no minimum term and a 30-day trial with no card. It has no waiting list, no POS integration and no phone support, which Restoo has on its higher plans.
What does Restoo have that taula.ai does not?
- According to its pricing page: a waiting list, POS integration and phone support (from Pro upwards), gift cards, an online shop and cross-selling between restaurants (on the higher plans), Restoo Call for phone calls and an account manager on the Gold plan. taula.ai has none of these; what it includes in the fee that Restoo does not mention on its pricing page is the restaurant website, with hosting paid.
