What it is
What taula.ai actually is
It is booking and reservation software for restaurants and bars. The restaurant draws its room — tables, seats, shifts — and gets a booking page of its own, open at any hour, where availability comes from the tables that are genuinely free.
The same subscription covers three things a restaurant usually pays for separately: the multilingual QR menu edited from the dashboard, the business website — built, published and maintained, with domain and hosting paid — and a WhatsApp agent that answers against the real agenda.
All of it for a flat monthly price. No setup fee, no extras appearing in month three, no per-guest commission.
What it is not
And what it is not
- It is not a booking portal. taula.ai has no consumer site where people look for somewhere to eat, so it does not bring new diners. It serves the guest who is already looking for you: the one arriving through your Google listing, your site or your WhatsApp. If what you need is reach, a portal does a job this does not — spelled out without flinching on the comparison page.
- It is not a tool you have to set up. We do the onboarding from a conversation: opening hours, tables and menu. No restaurant sits down in front of an empty dashboard.
- It is not a commitment. The subscription is monthly, it can be stopped at any time, and the data — guests, phone numbers, history — belongs to the restaurant and goes with it.

A flat fee, not a commission
A system that charges per guest charges you more the better you do. On a flat fee, the month you fill up pays us the same as any other. It is the only way our interests and yours do not eat each other.
The guest belongs to the restaurant
Bookings arrive through your own channels and the guest records are yours. There is no database of ours holding you in place: if you leave one day, you take it with you.
Set up, not sold
No restaurant has time to configure software at four in the afternoon. That is why we do the setup and the first month is free with no card: if it does not help, nothing has been paid.
